SURELY all of you can't be THIS ignorant.



If a poisonous snake is dropped on top of you from a gyrocopter, don’t freak out and shoot your own driver with your arrow gun, making the vehicle lose control and blow up. Its probably just as scared as you are.

To be pedantic and a little too geeky for the ladies taste, parsecs are a measure of distance in space both in the SW universe and the RW (whats that?).


Han Solo famously shaved a little of his course through the Kessel system one day, skirting closer to the black hole cluster in the centre of the Kessel system than anyone had previously managed!


Hence his bragging of making the Kessel run in a certain amount of parsecs.

Of course, this is only because Lucas had no bloody clue what a "parsec" was, and used it to make Han's ship sound fast. So he made up some story about black holes and such in order to justify the use of the word.
