That type of reactor isn't too rare to have a high reactor rate, but it's the second highest genI have EVER seen (I re'd the highest for a bud 
)
A couple mill, maybe 3.
Personally, if I were you, I would wait till you found an L8 with 22k mass or less to RE it with

Start looking for low mass lvl 8 reactors to pair it with when you get it REd.
Definitely a keeper.

Yeah I'm definitely not selling, but looking for an idea..
I'm definitely holding onto this sucker if they ever fix WO3.... another question.. what sort of mass would be good to pair up wtih this?? What is a good mass I should look for.. I dont want to pair up a really nice generation with a sucky mass
I made two typos and only caught one ... I meant WO4 (EO4 too, of course).

hold out for very low 20's at minimum
First would be an L8 with mass in the low 20s (breaking under 20k is rare, but possibly doable).
The second would be a DXR-6 reactor, which you'd want to put in the tool first - this will make the reactor an L6 cert, since the DXR-6 is L6/RE8. Not really useful, but it WILL allow you to use it in a grind at Tier 3.
The last would be the Tier 4 reward reactor. It has like 911.x armor/hp pre-RE, the best-in-class. Find Washell's reward loot thread for the names to look for.
You should pull out all the stops with a loot like this.
All cool thoughts.. I'm going to bump one last time to see if anyone has any additional info.. btw where can I get a DXR-6 reactor? Is it just a looted component? Thanks everyone for all the answers
