I am stupid and im only 3 days in so bear with me. i didn't select repair i conversed with the guy at the teir 2 place for the rebel and now im dead in space and cant figure out how to fix the ship. Also how much does a better ship run cause im just getting killed in the t65 and since im new dont have a lot of money

You were given an all purpose repair kit when you began. Use the Management window at the starport and fix your engine and reactor. Then launch and have the station fix the rest of the damage.
Prices for other ships vary widely from server to server, but check your bazaar, low lvl ships are usually available for not much.

1) You can hit "Shift and C" key and converse again if you are at space station.
2) You can log off, but if you try to re-log in a short period of time, you'llstill find yourself in the same predicament. Recently I had repaired a ship in the Kessel and trashed my reactor. It was -120% and even after self-repairs of degrading other parts of my ship to repair the reactor, I eventually got it to -80% and then just decided I had enough. When I logged in the next day, I was standing inside the starport. So I don't know how long you will have to be logged off to get you into the starport.

If you are ever stuck again you can do a /who to see who is in space and then have them come challenge you to a dual and blow you up lol.

Because slicing can be pretty expensive now?
Because that's what the Smuggler is charging, and if you don't like it, you can feel free to go to another Smuggler?
Could be any number of reasons.

1 mil for a trigger assmebly required slice might be a tad much but there no need to come here and post about it. Just go find another smuggler 
For those who did not have WUKs/AUKs to convert even some of the simpler slices can be tough to get components for.

Yeah, If somebody came to me and had the trigger assembly... I wouldn't charge 1 million. Find another smuggler, though I wouldn't be quick to call him unjust in his prices. He is trying to survive in this new slicing system.
If you have all the components, search around and check out your servers trade forums, that might be the best place to go to get a deal.

I'd charge one mil. If I wasn't in the mood to slice. You're buying a service which is exactly as valuable as the person performing it decides. If you don't like it, go somewhere else or use your respec token to go smuggler and slice it yourself.
