I'm not gonna ask about where can I get the missions or the spawn spots 
I'm just wondering why it's so expensive? Is that because of the rarity? Or it gives some extra abilities points to the owner? Thank you.

People will pay a lot to avoid doing something they find less fun, even if it has a chance at a nice reward.
One of the reasons it's in demand is that a Jedi can wear it. They pay big bucks for anything cool that slips between the cracks and can be worn without affecting their abilities.
You don't wanna know how much the one I sold went for.

Ok, then how much is the average price for a Black Sun Helmet? Is the price vary on different galaxies?

There was a Jeedai on Eclipse paying 15 million for one a couple months back.

Ummm... no pictures.... no location to camp... no explination as to why its expensive besides 'it looks cool'... all that was mentioned above is that people can sale it for rediculus amounts of money and its very rare...

Kill tier 4 and 5 Black Suns. If you're tier 4+ Rebel or privateer, you can pull duty missions with them; if you're Imperial, heh. Have fun camping the spawn near Red Sin Chimaera, Endor.
Honestly, the only reason it's so expensive (sold mine back in December for 10M, and 8-9M or so seems to be the going rate on Starsider now, for a single server's example) is because it will probably take literally thousands of dead Black Suns before you see it drop into your inventory. And it does look cool: all robotic and evil. Other than that, it doesn't do anything; it just looks good, and lets everyone around you know you can afford to wear a few million credits' worth of equipment just to look hard.
