Has anyone else heard that some space zones are being removed? I heard some guys talking about it in eisley.

I'm not exactly sure what going to happen, but have you popped by your friendly neighbourhood faction station recently? Rebel Faction stations now have landing pads and a few other little extras added to them. Apparently, this is the same for the Imp faction stations, but for some reason, they don't like me flying an X-wing close enough to inspect them

I believe the Imperial stations have always had landing pads. I seem to remember when I first started piloting last yearas freelancer, I popped by one to check it out and saw the pads back then.

yes there is a mini space sector around the noob starting station. I would not call that a new sector.

Oh almost forgot.. you can never get back there once you leave and land on tat.
