Thread: Is the Master XP multiplier working? I Dropped RSF to do SA and......

Here's the deal;
I'm not getting any "Master bonus X2" messege when I kill something.Should I even be getting a messege?
This is what I'm seeing by way of XP per kill;
Tier 1 - 100-150 xp
Tier 2 -1200-1800 xp
Tier 3 - 3200-3900 xp
Tier 4 - 4500-4900 xp
Tier 5 - 5500-5900 xp
Now, am I already getting the bonus and I just don't know? I can confirm that there is NO bonus XP messege of any kindthat displays when I kill something.
Can a fellow cross faction pilot give me some confirmation? Perhaps I was Master Pilotfor so long that I forgot what the XP ranges are for the different tiers.
And why had I never heard of the processof retiring your pilot points? I had to talk to the Freelance Pilots guild founder in Bestine to finish dropping Pilot. Anyone else?

hmmm, did you master RSF during the respect? did you get the badge for it? maybe the developers turned off more code tan just getting the badge part and your last mastery did not register completely.

i just did the same thing,its working it just scrolls too far up for you to see i was wondering the same thing till i looked on the combat log ^^

Well, I hadthe Master Pilot Tag. But I guess that doesn't mean anything. I did Master the very last bit of RSF during the Respec, Crap, I might be screwed. I'll check my badges tonight. Do you really think the DEVS can assist me if thats the case? I've lost all faith in them, but that's another story.

So, there is no messege that appears on screen? I'll check the combat logs........I hope you're right.

Well, as a newbie pilot (2-1-1-1), I am getting xp as follows, based on opponent's tier:
Tier 1: approx. 100-150 xp
Tier 2: approx 450-500 xp
Tier 3: approx 1200-1500 xp
Based on this, I'd say you are getting double xp.

Incorrect. You get it no matter what. The master bonus xp appears in spatial though (possibly quest as well). You wont see it on your screen. There are two xp messages per kill, the normal one and the master bonus one. They dont double the xp you get in one shot, they just double the amount of times you are granted it per kill. If you dont have the badge though, which it sounds like you dont based on all your other posts...im not sure you are going to get it.

i know that the XPs are listed in the "two line form as combat spam", but i said nothing about that in my post. i am surprised that you quoted mine and said "incorrect" .. in the past it had been the waythat the bonus had been given for each pilot profession you mastered, not for each squadon.

You are incorrect, you get the bonus for inbetween squadrons. But that's only the x2 bonus. To the x3 bonus you need to of master 2 of the different pilot profs, IE like me, Rebel and Freelance. I'm now getting the x3 Bonus.
