Are you finishing off all the fighters in each wave before the next wave spawns?

I was able to solo this on Tuesday, finished all in each wave well before the next one, worked perfectly.

During the mission i destroy whatever ship i can. for the most part ia m on the laste wave and the last ship of that wave and the mission ends. I cant progress passed this and its starting to really irritate me. I must be doing something wrong i just dont know what.

it could be a fresh bug, becuase I never had that problem when grinding my TC prime imp pilot in STORM squadron.

are you using the highest rated droid commands available to you at your level? also are your weapons as good as they could be?the reason the mission fails is because you aren't destroying things fast enough. oh, are you also sure you aren't disabling the fighters instead of destroying them? disabling will cause you to fail this mission as well.

I am destroying the fighters yes. The waepons i have are as good as i can get at my lvl. max dmg is like 2900 on them. the droid commands i dont use much for this mission simply because they dont tear me apart. i smoke passed most of the waves but the last guy on the last wave always end up with me failing the mission

Use the droid commands. You have to destroy 4 waves. Destroying each one completly before the next wave spawns.

Also I recommend getting a quickfire crafted level 7 blaster.Maybe only 2400 max damage, but the DPS is higher, because you get a lot more shots.

I just had the exact same problem .

well i still am not able to pass this mission. This last time i did it the last fighters just took off while i was chasing them and i just followed the shuttle til it completed its rounds. I m using droid commands..i am using the best stuff i cant find but i cant seem to find a Shipwright that has much equipment on Valcyn. Im going to do this one more time before i goto bed and if i dont pass it im giving up on this BS. There is no reason given the equipment im using that i should be failing. Im not an incredible pilot but this is Tier 3 a wings that i waste all the time. The shuttle isnt even being attacked or anything for about 15 minutes and then the mission ends. im lost on what to do here.
