Thread: Any suggestions for Imperial Inquisition Tier 4 Grinding?

I am working towards my first box, but I am having trouble getting there. The Coynite Fighters duty are a little too slow for my taste, and I have around 500k XP until I can train the first Tier 4 Box. Are there any really good grinding spots that I could work out of until my master missions? Thank you very much.

You can try Kessel. The XP comes in bigger chunks when you get it (especially if you shoot down a Vette or gunboat), but is overall slower because of the time it takes to find more ships to shoot at. Duty missions really are the best for constant XP, but sometimes the big numbers can make the grind feel a bit easier.

Also note that the first box will speed things up a fair bit ... I went from one L7 gun to a pair of them, maybe an extra 2/3 damage (the first gun being a nice RE job from a previous mastery).

My favourite spot is along the nebula near POI: heart of dathomir, theres a T5 spawn and a few stray T4's around. All the heavy type and not as many fighters as most other places (fighters take longest to kill and give the least xp).
Best bang for youre buck are gunboats tho, 16k and with WO3 and 1 or 2 lv7's they die quick.

After you trained your first box you'll get a mission. The mission starts with a patrol. Do not fly this patrol faster then 500 or you'll bug it.

my advice is to do the duty missions that are given to you by the trainer. they may seem a bit slow but those ships drop some decent ship comps that you might want later on for your new ship once you get to 4xxx.

For that matter, the XP on the destroy missions gets faster as you go, so long as you can kill the ships at speed. You end up facing more and more...

Almost everyone else that flew it at top speed had the mission end with the patrol. No further mission, no reward. But the trainer does train you.

I'd say kessel, I got from 3333 to 4444 there in like 5 hours, but then again, I also get double xp from mastering pilot before

I enjoyed doing the Kashyyyk tier 4 duty or Tripp's tier 5 duty. Get a mill exp in about an hour if your a good pilot.
