Hmm. Talon Karrde was just talked to by Jabba, and now I have to go to the palace and work for Jabba. Only problem is, I'm not allowed into the throne room to see Jabba yet because Reelo and ReeYees didn't give me permission. When I talk to Reelo, he says I have to go kill the Tusken Leaders. I'm only combat level 18, and can't do the missions because the leaders are way too difficult for me. Do I have to do this mission to work for Jabba in space? I mean, I want to train Tier 3 skills, but I can't even get in to see Jabba. How do I see Jabba without doing the Tusken Leaders mission?

The FAQ would have sent you to this post:

Are you neutral on the ground and have NOT done the clone armor quest? If so then there a way to get to the throne room to bypass the themepark. But you're still gonna need help to do the clone armor quest.

I never knew what a Theme Park is or why it's called a Theme Park and am still confused as to what a Theme Park really is.

And no, I've done no quests. The only quest I've done is the newb quest for Trehla. I don't even know how to get to the clone armor quest, since I don't really know anything about any of the quests.

I don't remember seeing anything about what I asked in the FAQ.

Well, that's why we're directing you there. It has the answers you need.

In short, yes there are other ways into Jabba's Throne Room to see your trainer, but at the point you're at, you've got a choice. Do the ground combat, or re-do pilot because of the bug in the space mission.

I recommend re-doing pilot, since it will go much faster the second time, and you will end up with more practice and more loot.

There are, in fact, two other ways. One is to do the Clone Armor quest, and the other is to do Jabba's themepark. It's just that, at CL 18, redoing pilot is a heck of a lot easier than either of those other options.

Re doin pilot isnt as horrible as it sounds.

Yes you use the protoype, but only for the first 4 missions.

If you have a Dune Lizard, load it with the best gear you can get at your level, then leave it alone, and drop pilot.

Do the missions in the Scyk, then take the ships box as your freebie. You get the Dune Lizard with all the higher grade gear in it, and as long as you dont try to modify it, you can fly through tier 1-2. Just remember to do theThrone Roommission before Karrde sends you to Jabba, as described.

Wait... if it locks you out once you reach 2/2/2/2...Couldn't I just surrender a skill so that I'm 2/2/2/1 or something, and bypass the bug?

Nope. Surrendering pilot is all or nothing.

Thank you for kindly answering my question even though it must have been asked dozens of times before and I would have found the answer myself if only I had spent a few minutes of searching instead of posting my question right away.
