Hey Fellow pilots,

Completed the Black Sun Vaksai Starfighter mission in Kashyyk space last night with my Co-Pilot Morthon!

I have to say, doesn't look like much, but she has it where it counts!

What do you guys think about it? I have the ARC fighter, which looks cool, but I like the Vaksai better I think.

Think kihraxz but with 150k mass for appearance.

And yes, properly loaded it is one heckuva ship

So which one do you guys prefer? The ARC 170 or Vaksai?

The Vaksai, by a long long shot. Unless you're helping a turret gunner with his exp grinding.

The pilot guns on the ARC are kinda far apart, makes hitting anything smaller than a krayt quite challenging. A-wings are frustrating, too.

The Vaksai actually has enough mass to pack a fair amount of stuff on it, as well. On mine-

REd Cert10 blaster (once I get enough guns, anyway... my borstel at the moment)
cert8 reward shields (RE'd)
Cert8 starmap engine (not RE'd yet, but still 69+ ypr and 101 speed)
15 speed CI (cert 6, I think, not sure)
RE'd cert 4 cap
cert 1 reactor (a nice Re'd one - 13k gen)
mk3 proton launcher
1k armor front and back
cert 8 reward booster (RE'd)

hit's 1643 with EO3 and booster. Now if I could just find some cert8 engines, and c10 guns to RE my junk with, I'll be happy

The ARC is a specialty ship, not really meant for single player (see the guide in the FAQ for tips on its best use)

The Vaksai is primarily a PvP ship. It is the biggest, growliest, most badass Interceptor in the game though. The minor cosmetic difference in the wing shape between the clickied Khiraxz (above) and a Vaksai makes it look even faster and tougher.

When I fly mine I feel like im in a big ol' american muscle car.

I tried to put one of the Clone Relic components, but it's too damn heavy even for my ARC, so I guess I'm stuck with what I have atm, unless someone can help me getting the Vaksai.

Never flown an ARC but my vaksai has about the same stuff on it except:

L10 looted blaster (will RE when I can find the parts but the 4200 max damage and .67 eff for armor and shields is ok for now)

L10 crafted engine (71ypr 101 speed)

L2 RE'd cap

L2 RE'd reactor

IR mk2 launcher

L3 or 4(can't remember which) crafted booster

with EO3 and booster I hit 1770

all that mass on such afast chassis makes this thing really dangerous despite only having one gun slot. I have only flown it in one dual and it performed like a dream. I am going to try it out in a mass pvp battle this weeked.

So Vaksai is better than ARC. How about Belbullab? I never seen any and I haven't tried to get one, I heard it's hard to get.

Go out and buy one, they are a loot from NK Necrosis and people are selling them in mass amounts. Just do a vendor search for "Belbullab 22 Deed" and you will see what i mean, just buy the cheapest one you see, they all have the same mass
