So I decided to take my Y-8 up and see how the changes affected me, well there are some changes alright, like the fact that the pilot can't see out of the windows! The operations chairs and the gun mounts all seem to look ok, but I am not going to et much mining done if I can't see where I am going

What is it with the Y-8? They seem to be keeping the bugs to where the ship is un-usable no matter what...

Although, it could be a challange... get on a voice chat program, pop someone in an opps chair and have him tell you where to go... or they could just fix the windows....

Same thing here in my Nova. Except no matter which seat, pilot or ops just silver tinted windows.

Can you scroll (mouse-wheel) out to 3rd person view and see that way?

Same problem here, can't see out the windows of my y8. I can see "boxs" generated by enemies, and targeted stuff. 3rd person works fine, but it's much easier to target the "big gun" with 1st person...

One problem after another

Yes that works, but I am not big on flying that way (being an old-timer in sim piloting), and even zoomed out the Y-8 takes up too much of the screen to be effective.

Now that it has been mentioned that the Nova is also bugged like this, I will have to check my Decimator and my YT to see if they are the same

EDIT: Checked the VT-49 the YT-1300 and the Yacht and all other POB's seem to be in working order

Nova and my new Y-8 are both Super Limo Tint now, i hope theres a hotfix soon or im just gunna buy some chrome spinners for the engine turbines..........

The windows in my Y-8 are pitch black, even after redeeding.

The windows in my Decimator still work fine.

Friend of mine noticed the same thing in his Decimator.

Oddness - when I first looked at my Y-8, the proton launcher had gone into one of the new turret slots.

I redeeded the ship, and it went into the ordinance slot properly. Thing is, some components took several tries after several minutes to go back into the ship, but in the end, I got all the parts back in...

Does anyone with a Y-8 or Nova not have tinted windows? And does anyone with a Decimator have them?

I'll mention this as soon as possible, but would like a little more confirmation first.

I also have tinted windows on my Y-8. Another issue is my front turrets don't rotate, they are fixed in one position.
