I have done:

Rebel: Vortex

Imperial: Inquisition
Neutral: Smugglers Alliacne

CorSec

Now if they make the "Heavy X-Wing" worthy, I will probably go back to rebel, but what are the stories behind the last two Rebel Squadrons?

I really don't care about difficulty as I have done so much helping every different faction, but I am looking for the most appealing story-line and fun flying.

Suggestions?

im confused with the whole storyline behind everything, i just do the flying

I've done the flying

I am hoping there is a storyline kinda like an 'elite pilot' squadron ... I think the Imps have one, not sure about rebels.

The Rebels do have an elite squadron, Rogue Squadron. But for some reason the devs didin't think to put in an extremely famous name into the game.

As for Rebs, Crimson Phoenix was a better story than the Havok Squadron IMO to answer the original question.

I haven't done Havoc yet, but I agree that Crimson Phoenix was interesting. I especially liked the jokes and sense of humor from the Tier 2 trainer.

**edit - I remembered tonight that the tier 2 trainer I was thinking of was Corsec's, not Crimson Phoenix. I can't keep them straight anymore, especially having been through Corsec twice (on 2 diff chars), but CP was the first squadron I did when I got JTL and it was pretty good. /edit**

I thought the Crimson Pheonix Squadron the funnest of the rebels. The Tier 4 trainer for Havok just insults you so I was kindof peeved at him. So recommend CPS.

Vortex squadron had a good story for it too. The Vortex are a group of rebels who wish to recruit force-sensitive people into the struggle, and theirworst enemies are the Imperial Inquisition. Smuggler's Alliance Freelance didn't have a very good storyline IMO. You just got sent from one person to another, working for each major crime lord along the way.

I did Vortex already, was looking for something new ... and I agree, was a good squadron.
I agree with Smugglers Alliance... but I am a Smuggler, had to do it...there was no question about it

What are the advantages and disadvantages of the different Pilot Squadrons?

I know that the RSF Squadron is heavily Imperial-aligned and can't hurt Imperial ships even though they are suppose to be neutral.

I know that the Smuggler Alliance is lightly Rebel-aligned, but I'm not sure what that means other than their final mission is against the Imperial Corvette.

I know that the Corsec Squadron is the only truly neutral pilots.

I know that Storm Squadron is considered to be the hardest pilot squad in the game.

I know that the Inquistion pilots can land at the Emperor's retreat after successfully performing a duty mission for the Naboo space station.

Is there a squadron that is allowed to land at the rebel theme park???

Is there a squadron that is allowed to land at Jabba's palace?
