Please add your own experiences...

1. You hit the TAB key on the ground and dont understand why it doesnt target thatNuna attacking you.

2. When your Special Forces on the ground and find yourself tapping the Z key and suprised when that sneak rebel [or imp] shoots you in the back.

3. Riding your speeder bike you try to adjust your speed to combat speed.

4. Why when your riding your speeder bike you still crash into a wall ... you did hit the END key to throttle your engine to zero!!

5. Confused where the auto-pilot option is on ground waypoints.

...when you're trying to find the shield generators to shoot up in an enemy base.

...when you hit the 'o' key before rushing into a group of stormtroopers.

...when you understand the jokes in this thread.

...you mount your swoop, hit 'home' then wonder why you aren't moving.

...you give all three waypoint coordinates, even on the ground.

...someone says they are getting a group to do the Vette, and you are confused why they want to meet at Jabba's

...you can prononce the names of the Black Sun ships.

You hit the alt key as soon as you load on the ground, and then wonder why your joystick isn't doing anything.

You accidentally call your swoop after loading on the ground (or whatever other command is assigned the same F-key as your first astromech program)

You leave work in the evening and reach for the "H" key while sitting in traffic...

...You are driving your swoop and repeatedly bashing the "B" key, to no avial.

...Your thumb keeps looking for the missile launcher button when sitting in traffic

...you try to use your joystick to steer your character on the ground (I've done this twice).

...you press "V" to try and view the component loadout on your character (done this too).

...you're confused why your carbine doesn't have vs. Armor or vs. Shield ratings (surprise...did this too).

...You see your health bar dropping on the ground and you're frantically hitting your Cap-to-Shield shunt key.

...Someonechallenges you to a duel and you start walking towards the Ship Terminals.

...Your guildmate tells you his cannon does over 1k in damage and you ask him what the RE level is.

You can spout out stats and statistics for parts and ships in detail but if anyone asks you about weapons post CU you havent a clue.

The only "armor" you can wear is a flight suit.

You have earned the rank of colonel, with the combat abiltites of a crafter.

The thing you tend do the most of while on the ground, is shopping.

You feel like your on a first name basis with the chassis vendor.

You have at least one house, with 200 items - all of which are ship parts.

You have strageically placed your House's (plural) as close as you can get them to a starship terminal because you hate ground travel.

When someone on the ground mentions "the vette", your first assumption is they're talking about the one in kessel.

If you've ever procrastinated on a hospital/cantina visit long enough to have 600 (or was that 800?) wounds and battle fatigue.

--> Whilst on the ground, you see five creatures/foes of a significantly higher level than your character and think "that's fine, I'll just out-manouever them and wear down their shields. Then I can just take out their reactor" and end up being eaten by very amused Kimogilas.

--> You start trying to target rocks with a carbine to extract the minerals.

Out of my head please sir, thanks.

Every one of those suits me to a 'T'.

If a poisonous snake is dropped on top of you from a gyrocopter, don’t freak out and shoot your own driver with your arrow gun, making the vehicle lose control and blow up. Its probably just as scared as you are.
