Always remember MURPHÝS RE LAW...... as soon asyou do a RE job using your current stock .....a better stat will show up the next time you get more loot!
I keep 1.5k - 2k loot items in storage all the time for RE jobs but it never fails that after doing a bunch of RE I loot better stats a few days later. So I now try to keep a backpack full of the "Cream of the Crop" stats for each component. I use that as my reference against any new loot I bring in and then replace with better stuff when I find it.
Keep at it Al.....once you've had at least 10k loot pieces go thru your hands you will get a better handle on the stats out there. Plus with all the nerfs and patchessome of the really UBER RE is older loot before the nerf. Seems alot harder to me to find some of those same stats now after the loot tables have been fiddled with by the Devs.
