Thread: Where's my master Pilot Badge???

I am a member of the imperial Inqusition. Last night, with some help, I took out the rebel corvette and became an Ace Imperial Pilot. I went back to my trainer (A Grand Admiral in the Theed palace). He trained me in Ace Imperial Pilot. He gave me a reward item, a helmet. But I've searched my bio and I don't have the badge. I finally found it in the list of badges that I haven't earned yet. I should have earned the badge "...has become an Imperial Inquisition Ace" or something like that, but it is still in the list of badges I haven't earned. Does anyone know why?

Is your respec timer still running? No master badges...not even pilot badges are awarded during your respec timer. Some people have bugged timers as well...timers that never end. Try to respec and see if it works. If it does, and it is supposed to be over you can ask a CSR to manually end it. Then you should be able to talk to the Admiral again to get the badge if it isn't automatically awarded to you.
EDIT: Ohh yeah..forgot about the token respec. By end of respec, I am refering to the actually 2 week repec timer. If you onyl have a token respec, it shouldnt be stopping your badges...dont use the token, and contact a CSR.

Do you still have a respec left (other than the Token Respec)? Because you won't get any profession badges.
If you don't have a respec left over, its a bug. Submit a ticket.

So if we havent used our token respec we won't get our master badge?

Last response I saw was that the CSRs had confirmed that we *are* supposed to get Pilot profession badges if we still have the Token Respec available. If its working otherwise, in individual cases, its a bug and a ticket should be submitted.

No..there was a bit of confusion there...if your 2 week repsec is still running, you wont get a master badge..once it ends, you get your token, and you get your master badges. If you already have a token and your repec is ended and you dont get the badeg it is an issue. OR if your original respec never ended..its an issue.

LOTS of pilots having this issue. If anyone gets their badge, please post who the CSR was that helped you.

My /respec timer has been over. I have already earned other profession badges since the end of the respec. I have not used my token respec. If I use the /respec command will that trigger my token respec or can I use that to just check to make sure that 2 week respec isn't still some how running?

I'm in the same boat. I had to wait until after respec was over before I got my first pilot badge, and I got the other prof badge I was waiting on, then when I did the next pilot it won't give me my badge for the second one. I have not used my token respec either, but then my template is set now, so I could just use it and see what happens.

I put in a help desk ticket and I was told that no new badges can be awarded during the respec. I understand that, but my respec time should be well over and as I said above I did earn a ground profession badge before publish 18. I haven't used my token respec yet and I don't want to use mytoken respec yet. For those of you who have used your token respec is there a way to tell if it the token respec or not? I'm tempted to use the /respec to see if I can get my pilot badge that way, but I want to make sure that I'm merely trying to use the old /respec and not the token respec. I do get the message when I log in about doing the token repec.

The Token respec is still preventing badges also, I had gained Corsec Ace on toon that had no respec but the token one. I did not get badge. Next day logged in, no badge. I used the token, (was going to anyway) no badge, . Traveled to another port and then received badge.
Seems if you have a respec of any sort, you do not receive a badge of any kind.
