Just curious if anyone has tested the market for selling programmed droid chips? I'm an Imperial Ace, and know a Master Pilot, so I have access to 2/3rds of the commands available. I could probably find a Rebel Ace to get the rest.

So, anyone tried to make a go of it? The idea would be to setup a vendor with all the droid programs on it for sale.

Pilots: Would this be something useful/interesting to you?

(Yes, this belongs int eh Pilot forums, because to do this within reason, you'd probably want to be a pilot. Either way, pilots are involved!)

Yes very usefull, I do privateer/Rebel myself. Drives a lot of trafic

My privateer chips vendor does ok, but you won't get much repeat busness once people have all their fc's/droids full, but word of mouth is nice, as is listing your vendor on map under ships.

I have a vendor on Radiant (cheap plug: 680 -5050 outside Coronet) which sells the droid chips of all three factions.

Of all my vendors, it needs restocking the most often...

Any vendors on Bloodfin selling programmed chips? I can't seem to find any...

North of Tyrena (about 900K) and on the map. Will be restocked in a few hours.

FYI I pulled the rebel vendor as almost zero sales and no Imperial players willing to help so I can have all 3. So I am just running the privateer one ATM

I personally think they could have come up with better Rebel droid commands. Shield adjusts should be native commands to all starships equipped with shields, the way it was in the X-Wing and Tie Fighter series.
