PLEASE tell me that title was a joke....
Not a joke, it's the new ship type.
SOE figured they could make even more money by selling advertising space on the ship hulls, thisnew pirate modelwill look like a giant drumstick and be emblazoned with KFC signs.
Only thing is, you gotta be a Colonel to pilot it.

Helps if you accurately transcribe the name of the ship from ingame into your forum post. We know probably what you're talking about, but we dont trust you to know what you're talking about, and if you don't know what you're talking about, then talking about an explanation isnt worth talking about.

It's a KSE Firespray.
You get the schematic by reverse engineering Kuat Systems components.
From an FAQ I found:
The schematic for the Firespray comes from reverse engineering components. When parts are reverse engineered you may receive a disk for part of the Firespray schematic (1-8). Once you have all of the disks, they can be assembled and given to a master shipwright in order to craft. It is a limited use schematic, meaning it can only be used so many times.
