Well, after 4 months almost Master(really scratch my head at these master in a week types), but have a question on NS lances with poison mod. How does potency affect it?

I have a NS lance with strength 232 poison to mind for 127 sec with 6% potency. Just curious on how it affects it. It seems like a really nice lance that I use only on Rebs(the only way I get Kills). Oh, and I as fustrating as PIke is...I cant uderstand why i like it. Rock on Pikeman!

It affects how easily the poison will stick when you attack with that weapon. I assume it's a straight percentage, which means in your case that the poison will stick 6% of the times that lance lands on a target.

Good god I love that lance! My lance is not nearly that good...

My lance's stats are better but it is action fire, not mind fire....thats the only reason i love this lance so much better! You cant heal the mind damage

ok so I I don't mean to hyjack, but it is kinda along the same lines, my vibro axe is 4.4 spd and 101-430 dmg, with like 43% wound chance, should I put it down and hunt for one of these lances?

Don't put it down, unless you loot a better LVA, you're better off using it. LVA has medium armor piercing, this NS lance has no armor piercing. The mind fire is killer in PvP, though. Good for use in PvP to land the DoT and maybe switch to another weapon or use this one to do state or posture attacks

i agree...i set peoples mind on fire with area attacks in pvp then switch to my LVA. Its the smartest thing for you dont waste uses and you hit harder with the LVA

I found out I have a NS LVA that is I can't remember the dmg / speed nothing special but the Poison is to action..

its something like

104 str.

204s duration

89% potency

7133 uses
