NO, IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO HAVE A LANCE MADE THAT DOES ANY OTHER DAMAGE TYPE BESIDES KINETIC OR ELECTRICITY.

ANyways, the original post says, "IZ IT PSSIBLE 2 HVE A VIBRO LANCE DAT DOOS COLD OR STUN DAMAGE MDE?"
The answer is, no, a VIBRO LANCE cannot be made with cold or stun damage. In fact, no weaponsmith has a choice of what damage a weapon does.
