Oh, I thought it would have been pretty good anyway seeing as everything else is good on it, especially with the -1 charges, ah well, only paid 300k and seeing as im a doc as well money aint too hard to come by. Glad I didnt pay millions for it:

That's actually a pretty good lance, dotwise. Health DoTs come in handy in PvE, especially with area attacks (since you end up hitting more health than action). If I'm in the middle of a group of nightsisters I'll often swing around a health poison axe a few times just to add that extra tick of damage.

Mind is king in PvP of course, but health and action both have their places in PvE.

A 280str health poison certainly has a place in PvP, especially with a 3 minute duration.

Its not something that is going to win you a duel, but a few area attacks with it, and you've become a major thorn in the side of the enemy. After all, who really pays attention to whether their health or action has been poisoned? In a major fight, they don't, so they're probably going to be quite surprised when it ticks a few times.

Thats the main reason I have it really. When im out hunting PvE in groups with pistoleers or TKMs it should help quite alot, even more so in PvP groups
