Exceptionals are starting to suck ass lately, but I've got no idea

Friend of mine, also pikeman, looted an exceptonal NS Lance, but it was poo. Also an SR-Combat Pistol. Also poo. Eh what the hells goin on?

Maybe they need to change the syntax for "Exceptional" to something like "Exceptionally Awful".

not sure about u guys but ive been looting ns for about 4 months straight and i have a wall full of crap exceptional stuff cdef pistols,sr combat pistols,scatter pistols, ect

best loot so far has been my dx2 pistol
