since the patch jedi have been hunting NS loads cos of the drop rate of crystals on them, so we get less drops, and less NS to kill, so we cant get r lances (except by buying them at high rates).
then they go and auction all the lances on the forums, so u get loads of high damage LVAs and stuff on the forums, most with +6.0 speed, so u need polearm speed tapes (cos the devs decided to give us large pause between swings, and low speed mods) and accuracy tapes (cos all the loot ones have a nice -45 accuracy).
then u look around for polearm speed tapes and there going for 1mil a point now on larger tapes.
since the last patch,withcrystals dropping off everything,does this makes pikeman the most expensive profession in the game now?

for the poor pikeman like me, this is really starting to piss me off

Personally I'm tempted to put my good lances up for auction now, especially the DOT ones.
The system where a pikeman's weaponsmith of choice is a dead nightsister cannot continue indefinitely.
Eventually we will see 95% of our best weaponry being player crafted. The same as every other combat profession.
Once DOT weapons are nerfed, and for the good of the game as a whole they will have to be, the pikeman population will likely drop down to a more realistic level and the price for skill attachments will once again return to normal (I hope)
