Hey,

How much do I need to cap polearm speed when I'm master?

At master pike without master brawler, you have +75 speed mods. So to reach the hard cap you will need +25, but you can realistically hit the speed cap effectively with only a total of +95 polearm speed. That would give you the speed cap with a 6.5 speed polearm using polearmhit3, which is about as slow as you could get as a pikeman. Master brawler gives an extra +5 to speed.

You're going to have hard time finding that, just get enough from a few different attachments. And like I said, you don't need +25, +20 will do fine for the worst-case scenario.
