Thread: A Friend Told Me That Melee Powerups Can't Boost Speed Anymore, Or Have 3+ Mods... True/False?

I was told that not only can Melee Powerups NOT have speed boosts anymore, but they can't have 3 or more affected mods (speed/max dam/mind, for example) anymore, either.
Is that true, or is he just not using the right stuff or hearing the right reports?

Pikemen don't craft melee powerups, so you might checkthe Artisan Profession forums...

I thought I'd ask here to see if anybody who's used them in the past can't get them anymore.

Thats false.
they can add speed, and I just (not 5 minutes ago) made a triple mod.

i ahte making triple and quads ... becuase once you get teh combo you want on the 3rd one the 4th pops in and stops teh 3rd one.

True... We do buy them, but since I buy them in bulk from vendors, I have no clue if the speed mods still are able to be crafted currently... I do have 5 crates of 4 mod power-ups thatinclude speed as one of their stats, but since they are a few weeks old, that info may not be useful in your quest to see if they can still be crafted as such since a recent patch...
