Let's see, I just woke up a few minutes ago and decided to check the boards for anything new. Just finished some coffee, but my stomach is grumbling so I might make some eggs. Have to get my haircut later on and call the gf to see what she's doing.

Other than that, not much. Yourself?

I just got home from work. I had to stop and get a carwash before heading home though because some douche bags hit my car with an egg on the way to work last night. I decided to stop at IHOP and get some breackfast too: bacon, grits, and pancakes (No eggs! )

Since this is the first day of my vacation, I think I'll sleep in. I may go get a haircut later as well... doh! We may have to cancel the haircuts! Not too many barbers/stylist open on Sunday!

Guess I'll take my girlfriend to the mall and do some shopping... maybe hit the beach later as well. Oh, maybe a movie as well.

I may try to log onto Corbantis later, but since the server has been crashing/rollbacks there doesn't seem to be much point.

Yanno, coulda sworn I had typed in something in the original post...

What's the deal with minor gubbers and some other rather small beasties giving 60+ pts of weapons xp and the "parents" giving 1 xp? Anyone else seeing this?

The second thing... Running missions, I get a 3k durni, not wild, plain old durni, mission off the term. Not explorer, regular, go kill a lair. For 3k?? Gronda pay 3k, and I sometimes get beat on...durni... be real, one shot wonders. If it was a glitch, I am happy... if not I am happier.

Sry bout the earlier empty post... PEBKAC (problem exists between keyboard and chair)

I think that CH should be feared because WE WORKED FOR IT why should a lone person be able to take on a pet that requires a master CH? Pets should be more then tanks, scince they have 20k HAM they should be able to kill someone?! NO they still die! look pets are great you get a big furry graul and then name it something cool like "Grumpy" then it should be able to take on someone. Another thing, pets should OWN in PvP, why? because Wild pets (like rancors) could easly kill some1... SO WHY DOES THIS NOT HAPPEN IN PVP?!

Im really not happy with this, and if the other people whine because pets are too strong why dont THEY get CH?! its not hard to get really.... go big game hunting, Krayts give 2k scouting xp each and thats great....... ive heared that they will cut the skill points needed in CH inhalf, you would have much more room for something else!

i really just want to point out that other combat proffesions are starting to get better then CH, like look its kinda fun having Star Wars "pokiman"

Unfortunately. Our pets are doomed to be tanks forever. I don't even forsee getting pets with a non-combat use at any time in the future...

But they don't even tank in PvP ... they drop in seconds.

I just read the new announcement on the road to becoming a Jedi changes. So Holo's are now obselete? I have mastered scout, 1st holo, commando 2nd, and working on Ch now. So all of my hard work has been for nought.? This sucks!!!!!!

I read the 10 answers, which where not really answers at all, but a sorry excuse to let us knwo anything. I have been reading all I can on th ePikeman's role in the Combat Revamp. There is nto anything. Does anyone have ANYHTING on what is going on. My patience is growing thin, all I want is a crumb, something to give me back my faith that we will get our much needed attention. Gunman, do you have anythign for us, anything at all. How did that thing at the end of august go, i knwo this must be a little late, but I have nto been reading th ePikeman forum all that much, caus eI didn't want to be disapointed.

Excuse th espelling, my insomnia has kicked in, and I have nto slept in 3 days.

Gunman has stated that the combat rebalance will bring good things to us as a profession. The other combat correspondents have issued similar statements on their professions. As to what it entails, they may not say yet.
