Ok guys, I have a few questions for you all regarding a Long Vibro Axe I recently looted. I realize, that most of the people that dabble in Pike are only in it for the oMg Uber leet dots. Thats why I want to ask a real pikeman this question.

My LVA has +25 to def vs Dizzy and +23 to Polearm Damage. Do both of these mods work?

I was planning on selling this, since I'm not a pikeman, and Don't plan on becomming one in the future.

Should I wait, and see if Dots get nerfed and then try to sell this like after the cb? In my opinion, this would be a great LVA for a Pikeman, but with Dot pikes ruling the game right now, I dont think i'll get near as much out of it as I want.

Well the dmg is a broken mod, or is theorized to be.

Also, this is not a great weapon unless the damage is around 500+ sliced. If it did have that damage, I would find it useful fighting rancors for their meat, they seem to dizzy alot.

But thats about the only place I can think of using it.

Not good in pvp really, because if the damage is crap, well whats the point of using it?

wow, that sucks. Its damage is 49-196 unsliced. So even sliced it wouldn't hit 300 max damage. Maybe I'll hold on to it and see if they fix the Polearm Damage Mod.

So I pretty much realize that this is useless now, sorry for the stupid question, I'll hold on to it until after the CB and see if they fix the damage mod. If so, I would think that a +23 Damage and a nice damage slice would make it a pretty good weapon.
