Thread: Pikeman Royal Guard...Kir Kanos lives!/theme rank classes for SWG

Wouldn't it be very cool if each elite profession was able to have a theme based training park per faction status. Each race would have its ups and downs so that all may enjoy the fun and not be outsided due to this.
EXAMPLE: An Imperial Master Pikeman can train as a Royal Guard after he or she has finished the Imperial Theme Park, The Warren, reached Colonel Status, and has mastered the skill of Marksman. From here their would be training, 5 quests, and learning the fighting art known as Echani. When training is complete, the status of Royal Guard will be achieved, you will get your Royal Guard armor, a badge, and a schematic for the elite double-bladed battle lance. This would be a great addition to the GCW.
This would be sweet for all elite professions that would like to add flavor to the class they remain loyal to no matter what. Each theme based elite profession bonus class would require no skill points to get but would take 4 times the xp to get. Almost like grinding Jedi to a point. Each theme bonus class would have 4 boxes to fill with added game bonuses when fully completed.
The things the could do with this game are endless!

very nice idea....i think it would add alot more to the game making it alot more quest based and make you feel like you were grinding less and PLAYING more

this has been discussed multiple times. . . .but some guys on my server RP these dudes ( im jsut a stormie) they use RIS helmet, and red Robes and red Comp armor boors + gloves. . .looks very cool. . .annoying thing is, neither of them are pikemam. . . . kind of upset me...........

I'm a pikeman, and I RP a Guardsman. I use a standard comp helm, because...well, the RIS helm looks even less like the Guardsman helm.

Seita is the coolest, he needs to be a Dev or content writer or sumthin, and yea this is a badazz idea it would kick so much azz if they did that, like a different one for each proffession and then some different ones for different races and what not

This has got to be the best idea ive seen in a while reguarding gameplay. This would add so much depth and fun to the game that its not even funny. I would be so excited if your idea was implemented.
I hope some dev or our correspondentlooks at this and acts upon it....

Quality idea i think your quote sums it up
