Nothing. It has 7 more max dmg than the CDEF-level, garden-variety NS lances.

Lol, funny, someone pmed me last night and offered a Nightsister Lance with very similar specs to this. He said "make me an offer" I said "um....40k" he said "LMAO more like 150k" ..lol, anyway you know the outcome.

Its not the damage that makes it good, its the disease. I'm not sure how that stuff works, but I'm assuming you just take a whack at something to stick the disease and then switch.

Yeah, but this is the standard, common stuff looted from the nightsisters, and the disease is not very useful at all. Point is, this is a standard lance that gets a disappointed "Awww..." when looted and is promptly destroyed. 40 points per tick of disease is not going to help anyone beat anything.

i bought one of these of the bazaar for 6k just to mess around with
i was a 0003 pikeman dueling a 0003 swordsman friend of mine..we were both buffed, so of course the duel was going to take forever...well, i pulled out the lance and diseased him and switched back to my lva..
originally the disease only ticked for 40, but it grew in strength and started ticking for 120
nothing special, but fun to mess around with

I have a couple of these babies, really quite handy in PvP (course my favorite is 10x better with 15-275 dmg anda +18 polearm speed and a +10 counterattack ) anyways taking out one of these is awsome cause the 40 strength doesnt mean 40 per tick, it has somthing to do with the percentage of damage you do with the weapon I think cause Ive done 400 per tick Diseases (Imagine how pissed off the people were when in 2-3 turns their bars were black! Mixed with a spin in tiny areas....the destrutive power is quite nice. But its pretty much worthless for PvE.

They are right though, Ive looted alot of Health Diseases, they are one of the more common ones

i got one of these yesterday with the exact same stats except that it is 407 max damage. Now when i got it i always look at the dots first and of course was like ahh crap just another of these and when i went to destoy it i saw the damage. Now i love this thing. 400 damage and +7 attack mods,and cheap ham cost. Any idea what that is worth.
