Thread: NS Lance Question

So I gave a friend of mine a NS lance I looted, but he say he can't use it, and he should be Master Pikeman by tonight.


Is the Lance bugged or do you have to be master pikeman to use a NS Lance?

I was under the impression that the NS lance had the same cert as the basic lance, it just never says "yes" in the certified box under examine. Does he actually get a message saying that he lacks the skills? If he's just going off of the examine info, that's wrong.
