Get off your High Horse, your mistake was allowing him to catch you, if your a rifleman, you need to stay the hell away from someone.
I think Pikemen are the least of your worries.

look bud, rifle, anything less than MASTER = do not pvp.
for god sake, your lvl2 in the speed tree, and you are most likely using a Damage sliced T21, so your trying to spam hs2 at about 1 shot every 4-5 seconds.
said pikeman hits burst run, then uses either lunge1 to change your posture down, or lunge2 to KD your fool arse catches up, hits Area2 sticks a dizzy on you, then lays in to you with polearmHit3. just be happy that we no longer have a 2.5x multiplyer on the damage we recieve. in those days said pikeman would have 1 shoted you.
rifle is great pvp because of the people who realy learn the class, we worked up those trees back when we had the 2.5x damage, before conceal shot worked, in the days when there we 3 riflemen on a server, and we had to deal with 90% MCH/Commando's in PVP we learned STRATEGY, and got good. now all the Noobs pick up rifle because they see us take down a (stupid) TKM or 4, and expect to be as good.
its the same for pike, a GOOD pikeman, who understands his profession, and STRATEGY can lay waste to a TKM, a master Rifleman, or even the all popular TKM/Rifleman. there is no "i win" template, if you defence stack, i will intimidate you and kill you, if you kite me, i will kite you, if you bum-rush me, i will jam a pike in your face, spam dizzy/kd, ill eat thallok (sp?)
learn the game, learn strategy, and for the love of god, dont PVP as a rifleman before master, i killed a grand total of 5-6 people before i hit master, and that was because i tracked them down and got the drop on them (was a ranger) bout 9/10 people i tried that on just turned around and killed me any way.

Easy killer... This post was a joke. I personally believe Pikemen need to be beefed up more than anyone. And before you go calling people "flavour of the month" I've been a rifleman since launch. I've been a riflemen through the worst of times. I don't powergrind, and I never want to be uber or leet. So why don't you take your assanine comments and ram them up your pretentious ass.
