I looted a S Vibro Lance, the speed is 2.4 and the damage is about 260, unsliced. It also has health poision DOT. This any good? I noticed the speed is VERY fast...

Yeah if you can get a good damage slice on that, It would be a real nice lance for a noob pikeman.
Without knowing the strength of the DOT its hard to judge its worth though. As posted, I'd say 50-100k.

what ap r the Ns lances? if it is better than my vibro axe ill give u 50k for it if u want

No its not. I think that lances are AP0.
