jk but it seems that this is what this forum is turning into(i am not selling anything). I dont post much and honestly with all the intruders trying to sell crap, and the general distaste they create in this forum i was debating this post but hey im a piker and im happy.
I finally looteda damage pike, and after a speed slice it looks like this...LVA with 2.6 speed 560 dam(648 with pu) real nice low ham costs and an unlimited use 100% potency poison(its a sucky str health but has good duration).
Its nice to share that with everyonebut i do have a problem. It has 420/750 condition. Would you guys go for repair? Or just wait untill it uses itself up since its nice now?

Repair it now. The sooner the better.
When the condition is still high like that, you have a better chance for a good repair. If you wait too long it'll be harder to do.
Make sure to get it repaired by a master weaponsmith, using 100% repair tools, with bonus mods, sitting down, near a crafter, .... can't remember the rest maybe Antares can remind me.
No seriously, get it done by a weaponsmith.

Dont do powerups on sliced looted items they will decay like nobody's business.

Good to know leggy. As far as pu's I will never use this for anything but pvp and since i had a good day and got 2 or 3 of them with base dam 560 and 594(that was a vl) yesterday(guild hunt) its not too bad, i have a bunch of 500 base dam crafted ones that i actually use for hunts and casual pvp.

why is it that the best lance i ve ever loot is like 90-260 damage.....is it only NS u guys loot from?

yeah it's only ns....keep tryin, i got **edit**ty lances until finally got a 576 that was sliced to 700

Repair it before its under 50% 
well i dunno about you guys looting lances, but first nightsister hunt i went on, me my tkm friend and a commando. looted 1 NS lance, pretty poor dot, and 3 LVA's.
one with 180-747 damage 4.3 speed but no dot. very nice special attack costs as well.
repairing it was painfull. marginal repair which took the condition to 495 
was really glad it didnt break though.

very depressing slice as my friend only got a 19% slice :'( i wanted 1000 damage
was so upset. but hey i understand how lucky i am to get this pike in the first place. and i thank whoever it is that made it drop for me every day now.
going back to a normal lva will be slightly depressing after this
keep it up with the killing and you should get one eventually. im just a lucky sod i guess.

Sorry, I should have stressed that was a joke.
A while back Antares had a thread about repairing weapons and several idiots chimed in with dumbass tips for repairing a weapon.
I'll go look for the thread. It really was funny.

My weaponsmith has never failed to repair any of my weapons, including a looted pike with high damage at 119. She does some odd things, I let her do them because she never has failed in 60 weapon repairs...
