Thread: Question about damage or speed?

I am a Master Pike/MTK with +25 polearm speed ca and +25 general speed aa. I am using a base damage VL with 1010 damage.
When I use a 34% speed increase PU, I am doing about 746 dps at 1 sec per attack burning 94 SAC.
Without the speed PU I am still attacking fast. But when I add a SAC lowering PU and increase the damage of my pike, my dps is much lower.
Would it be batter to attack every second for high damage and burn my action bar down or just do very good damage with low SAC to use more specials? I think with a increase damage PU, my VL can reach 1300+.
I could also use a speed stim or speed buff. Just unsure how big of a change would really be noticed. My accuracy is 250+, so hitting is not a problem...sometimes.
