Anyone? I know they are hard ot come by to make, but it seems like a very low lvl weapon. What should you get for it?

Going to hazard a guess here that it is just your standard level 30 Nightsister Lance.


The Nightsister Energy Lance drops in schematic form off of only 1 NPC in the game.

It is dropped by Axkva Min. She's THE Nightsister.

There's some info here. It's pre-cu but it'll give you an idea.
