I've been thinking about switching templates a bit, but I would need a bit more info, since I haven't been a pikeman after the CU.
What is the difference between intimidate and the improved version? (I don't trust the in game text since half of them are wrong).
How long does the both versions last, how easy is it to stick them, and how much do they reduce the damage output with?

thanks for the reply. Didn't like that it had a bad chance to stick
