wil a 0/100 condtion precu padded armor with +15 polearm speed +7 polearm accuracy work post cu.I rember mods worked in 0/100 codtion clothes,armor precu but does it stil work post cu.Need to know before i buy this beauty

yea they still work, I have some boots with 0 condition that still add their mod
