You would probably get a better response on your trade forum. I'm on Starsider, butI can tell you this. 10,000-15,0000 credits(roughly) gets you an LVA with 127-367 min/max damage(again, an approximation). Not much better than yours and the speed you have is very exceptional, especially if you're levelling. Average speed on an "off the shelf" LVA is 4.4-4.6. Consider that Starsider is actually considered to be one of the more "economically robust"(i.e. expensive)servers and you should be able to pick up something good on Ahazi.
I would save your money. Your LVA is actually quite good in terms of damage and excellent for attack speed. I would not even get it sliced(as this has been known to hurt a weapon's chancesgetting a good repair and it can be expensive). Keep powerups off of it(they wear down the weapon's vitality faster) and you really don't need it on this weapon. If you keep it repaired, you should be able to use that LVA for the duration of your levelling. Hope I helped.
