Little background... when I started playing this game a couple months ago, I immediately wanted to go Pikeman (from my experience in beta). Who cares if it isn't the mighty Rifleman of the melee world, It looked damn cool. However, I almost ended up as a TKA. Why? Because getting yourself a wood staff, reinforced combat staff, and lance can be a PAIN in the rear end. There's no reason, when you start with a survival knife (one-hand), or don't need a weapon (TK), that you should have to pay 2-3k+ for a crappy wood staff.
Thus I create this thread. If you have noob pikeman weapons to give away, post here... let's see if we can't help out other noobs.

That said, on Lowca, I have several wood and reinforced combat staves sitting in my house... none of them are amazing, but they're certainly not bad. Send me an email if you are interested in them.

I deleted mine already, but when I was in need I just went out to the bazaar bought some wood and found a master artisan or WS and asked them to make one for me if I gave them the resources. Most didn't mind especially when they were waiting for a shuttle...

Well, as well as (thats a weird combo of words ... huh) the other axe I posted here, I have a wide selection of player crafted lances, LVAs and VLs, all with speed slices.
I've got no use for speed slices so they are sitting in my house taking up space.
If you are on Ahazi, and need a speed sliced weapon, let me know.
I've got a bunch.

I have a good amount of speed sliced LVAs, VLs and Lances, plus some wood staves and reinforced staves. Any new Pikeman on Infinity holler and you'll get a nice complement of first weapons to play with.

2-3 k for a wood staff? i bought mine on the bazaar for 2-3 hundred. good enough for 1 mission then you hit polearms 2 already.

Problem is, there aren't many people putting them on the bazaar, so the jerks (and I want to say something more harsh) put them up for auction and get as much as they can.
It's a noob weapon, for chrissake..

or you can pick up artisan and make one relatively easily and wait till you can use LVA's

I slice and sell every woodstaff and reinforced I come aross for about 800 on the bazzar alot cheaper than anything else I slice just to give the new pikeman all the help I can. If your a new pikeman on Valcyn send me a tell and I will set you up.

wow that rare??? i find them on the bazaar daily for 100 creds...just do a galaxy search
