i have an old ns vibro units (2)that used to have 93 max damage but is now changed
its now

58max
-2.0 attack speed
22 wound
-7 attack cost
how does this compare to current craftable? is it garbage grade or just another delete upon looting item?

If you have 2 identical NS Vibro Units, then yes they are useful even if they've converted with poor stats.
You need 2 of them to make the NS Energy Lance.
