Well, I typed this up, hit submit and got an internal error! So, I'll type it again!

Im sure most are aware of this, but some are not. But, the Wooden Staff is your BEST Friend!

I got me a Wooden Staff that I looted off an NPC with HAM costs of 19/29/19. I use a Lance as my primary weapon with something like 39/58/29 or something to that effect. Now for me to equipt my Lance and blast away sweep attacks and bleed attacks is devestating to MY HAM bar rather then the monster I am fighting.

What I did was make a macro for both the wooden staff and the lance. Now, for PVE, Pull out your wooden staff and sweep down the target. Click your lance or prefered weapon and beat them down with it, not using any special moves. By knocking them down with your wooden staff, you are using virtually no HAMcost compared to what you would loose if you had your prefered weapon equipted. Whale on your target for a few shots, switch back to your wooden staff and sweep them again. Rinse and Repeat.

By going by this method, you will have 75% more HAM left then what you would have if you used your prefered weapon.

Once your target has little to no life left, then pull out your devistating Special moves with your prefered weapon to send them back to oblivion!

I do this, and monsters i fight hit me maybe 3 times to NONE and they die withme still able to walk away with 90% HAM.

So, keep them wooden staffs, or any polearm that has next to no HAM costs to use your specials with!

Too bad if you're with a group and do this you'll get garbage experience... Especially if you play with a TKA. I have XP envy....

You still will get good EXP because, then your in a group you can use your heavy specials with your Preferred Weapon more since you wont be taking ALL the hits. You'll get slightly lesser EXP when your in a group, Sweep or not. Your sweep may be saving the group from some cloning though.
