Pikeman Archive

This one is really strange, I /bug'd it but i'm wondering if anyone has run across this.

The other day I took Intermed Defensive that gives me KD. It's my first box after novice pikeman since I am mostly a crafter trying to finish Armorsmith. Anyway after taking the box EVERYTHING I look at /con's green. Nunas, Jabba Swoopers, AT-STs, you name it - it /con'd green. Now here's the weird thing. I grouped with a friend and his pet (a little zucca boar baby, nothing special) and then everything /con'd to me as if "I" were the pet. Seriously, dwarf nunas (nothing little creatures) /con'd WHITE, and almost everything was yellow or red. Soon as I ungrouped, everything went back to /con green. I really would like to know if there is a fix as not being able to size up enemies really sucks when trying to hunt.

Oh just as a side note I have not changed weapons. I've had my lance for the last 6 weeks since no one on Starsider can make the vibro pike weapons.

Yeah, the way con seems to work is that it takes how many skill boxes you have into account. So after grabbing some worthless skill boxes( like offensive 1 for example ), it may think you are more powerful.

...offensive 1 is not worthless.

This happened to be before when I was lower level and after rebooting it seemed to fix the problem for me.

Even now at master, If something con's white/yellow to me and I get a lower level person to group with me to get them exp, the creatures will con Red.
