Here's the list from Stratics

Pikeman Trainer (-2932, 2385) - Mos Espa, Tatooine
Pikeman Trainer (-5277, -2325) - Narmle, Rori
Pikeman Trainer (-5376, 4311) - Theed City, Naboo
Polearm Trainer (522, -2934) - Dearic, Talus

Its a little old, but I know the Mos Espa trainer is there at least.
