You don't have to be a rocket scientist to understand why they balance the KD.


There are much more important issues with pikeman than that!

yes.. as much as i HATE the new KD timer.. we can't do anything about it now cept wait and hope the devs lessen the timer to 15 secs or soemthing..but until then there are more important issues..AOE hit..STILL extremely high HAM costs..toughness ect ect..

Oh yeah, those other problems, like toughness, accuracy, Area attacks, were just made worse with this "KD balancing".

KD was overpowered before, it's underpowered now.

That's right, KD timer didn't 'balance' anything, if it did, we would all be over it.


They didn't fix KD, they killed it.

The biggest problem is that they didn't *just* add a new timer. They changed the effects of the knockdown itself. Knockdown doesn't last as long as it did now, heck, most of the time people get up almost IMMEDIATELY after you knock them down. It also adds a combat timer that forces you to be unable to hit again. There are allot, and I mean ALLOT of issues with Pike right now, but so far the devs haven't even nodded @ the fact, so I wouldn't expect much.


Most people agree that KD was overpowered- NO one agree's that it needed to be nerfed THIS MUCH.

accuracy is fine it but you gotta get higher on combat tree to get it ,they could adjust it but part of the reason i see it being like it is if a level piker did miss less it would just cause another problem which is there dps for there level would be to high..


as to KD you say get over it well apparently you must not be master because KD is the only reason we had a high end game, now people would rather have a rifleman with a pet than us in PVE. and how was it over powered pvp is where the most complaints came from and if i remember correctly there the ones that truely abused KD in PVP that was pistoleers i remember seeing that a 1000 times people squirming on ground while being shot to hell.... ohhh well i am over it along with the game also at this point
