Pikeman Archive

I am not quite to Pikeman yet with my character on Test Center, but I hope to be soon. I was just wondering who else might be out there.

i already play 1 broken piker on 1 server why would i play another

killing a white takes me 3 complete heals and still no response from soe on there great improvement of KD

4/3/4/3 pike, 0/0/0/2 doctor,1/1/0/0 CHyes thats right ive dropped my master brawler totally useless since they nerfed lunge 2

I would say the reason to play a Pikeman on TC is to test out the new stuff when it becomes available, put in your 2 creds on how it is working with the Correspondent, and help make the game better for everyone.

I highly encourage every Pikeman out there to think about creating a character on TC. I know the community is small, I know the grind with a new character is not very appealing, and I know that there are some bugs here and there, but it is really importantwhen things like the proposed combat changes become available toTC and the devs start asking for real feedback that we have a Pikeman presence to test them out and make sure that we are not forgotten again because there are hardly any Pikeman on TC. The other problem is that if you wait until the changes are pushed to TC to create a new character you will have a long way to go to get to PIkeman to really test the changes and only a short amount of time before they get pushed to Live.

I am simply stating that posting on this forum is important to give all Pikeman the ability to put in their 2 creds for the Correspondent to take to the devs, but having multiple Pikemen on TC will help when the devs are looking for player feedback on the new stuff before it is set in stone and pushed to Live. If you want to keep nerfs from getting to Live, create a Pikman on TC and make sure they never get to Live.

I realize we have no Correspondent. I have even volunteered for the position. All I was stating was that when we do have one it will be important to support them as much as possible and Pikemen on TC is a good way to do that.

that doesnt sound like a bad idea. im gettin kinda bored with my busted up character right now anyway so i might as well start a new one on the TC and try out some new stuff, and maybe even get heard. every profession has its gripes and complaints, no matter what they are. im sure there are even some BHs that say eyeshot sux and it needs a boost, and CHs that say sludge panthers and grauls are too weak and need to be stronger. (ok, those takin a little too far, but you see the point.) it comes down to who gets heard the most as to what gets priority over another. commandos are a great example of this.
