Thread: Novice Pikemans question
I did look but couldn't see the answer elsewhere
Being a Holocrom lead Pikeman I've never looked at the profession, so could somebody give me a breakdown of the styles so I know what to aim for 1st, as the description are hardly enlightening on chrt Builder or in game, so need to know what's the knockdown? the bleed, dizzy, etc
I'm also thinking I'll get novice carbine to add another action bleed but I'd like to hear others opinions and if it worth going any higher in carbine.

i would get defense1 first so that you ahve a knockdown move, helps a little. then i would go up the stances column, which is speed. then i finished defnse. but if i did it over again... i would do offense next cuase teh area effect attack is cool. then go up defense. the fourth column gets done as you go.
as far as learning carbineer i wouldn't bother, if you have pistol4 already, use the bleed from that. I did all of my stuff with no bleed. once i got actionbleed1 in pikeman, i would bleed them. that worked well on tough stuff.
other than that... i use powerups on my weapons, drink tatooine sunburn when you can't get buffed... and a set of chitin with 66% resitst to kinetic helps a lot.
