I get hit a lot and hard.

Doc buffs, mind buffs, muon....then COB, alot.

Become or befriend a master doctor.

Buy lots and lots of personal shield generators (buggy as they are), food, and spices.

If you can't afford the skill points to master brawler (I unfortunately can't as a master doctor), get some BE clothes with bonuses to warcry and intimidate, and try to at least keep everything intimidated at all times. Even if you do master brawler, the BE bonuses can't hurt.

Don't forget to clone.

shave, put on armor.

if not possible, wait until they give you armor. or find one of those rare kinetic protect PSG's.
