Right now Im so mad, my lances are slow cant hit anything and exp is coming so slow, what do I do. and what lance should I use?

Use the basic lance.
The LVA is far to inaccurate to be of any use to you now.

Get a good LVA and some dead-eye spice, buffs and few people then go to Dantooine/Dathomir/Yavin 4/Endor.
My LVA is pretty decent, its 3.9 speed, 81-365 dmg and some wound %. I never really pay attention to the wounds anyhow. The axe I bought for 4,500 credits unsliced. It was at 4.6 speed, and had a master slice it (FREE!!) to 3.9
The dead eye spice does some really great accuracy mods and lasts for almost 15 minutes, but it's 20k a pop.
