Depends on your server. Would fetch a few hundred k or so on Gorath, though the stats on the pike are nothing great. The mods are nice

but not sure if it would sell for a ludicrous amount.

Well, sorry to say, the damage and speed (even with the polearm speed +11) are pretty poor. I don't think anyone would give you much for it.
