So... I keep seeing folks with LVAs that have in the realm of 800 max damage. Where does one get such a sweet little instrument of death/dismemberment? Are these loot drops? If so who drops 'em? Are they crafted? If so what things do I have to bring to my friendly neighborhood war profeiteer? I need me a polearm that actually hurts my enemies!

From what I understand, they get them from the high-level Nightsisters (Elders,..... what are the other ones anyway?) but I think that they dont drop them very much.

Since saturday iv gone hunting for nightsisters for about 10 hours and iv nuthing but absolute **edit**. I would suggest you get money and buy a really good pike.

hunted nightsisters since i was a noob rifleman (lvl 3 in marksman baby!)looted my first Uberish lance the other day.

damage is about 380-390 (around a normal crafted LVA's level)

speed 2.5 (woo hoo)

+25 speed

low ham (about 50% of a normal crafted pike)

and a little 50 power 65% potency mind poison with -1 uses just for fun

its not 900 damage, but it is the best i have ever gotten, and made me quite happy. took me about 7-8 full buff sessions spent killing sisters to get this one, pulled it off an elder who i killed T21 style with the help of a fellow rifleman. he is a fencer/rifle, im pike/rifle we would tank for each other and keep up the mind damage. 1 rifleman and 1 heavy swordsman is also an excellent combo for killing elders/axkva

Something like this would completely negate damage mitigation.

Did I mention I'd pay gobs of money for this? I would you know!

P.S. Before anyone calls me an idiot or you think I'm calling you one, I know perfectly well you meant the max. damage, I was just trying to make a joke. The 380-390 just jumped out at me.

You get them generally from nightsister protectors, spellweavers,elders, some of the witches and some singing mountain clan members also drop. I wouldnt pay for a LVA that didnt have more than 400 damage looted, unless it had a uber dot.. crated come at 375-380.. why was money?

One point tho, just cause a sister droppped it, dont make it uber.. you can get alot of crap drops..

I killed 3 elders in one night witha friend and got one **edit**ty 300ish max damage pike with tons of mods that dont work
