/sign... with the state of composite atm our DOT's are our strongest weapon for PvP... why should having novice pikeman open up all those DOT pikes? i dont beleive it should

Nope thats not what hes saying, But a weapon that has a Dot built in cannot be used until master, the "normal" versions could be used as they currently are set out in the tree.
